         Bill Stone and Associates is located at 38 Main Street South on the west side of the Courthouse Square in Ashland, Mississippi. Directly in front of our office is the historic Benton County Courthouse and on the opposite corner is the renowned Farese Law Firm.  Founded as Gordon Stone Realty in 1997 by Gordon Stone, retired district director for the USDA Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (now called "Farm Services Agency") has a reputation for honesty and integrity with a commitment to serving our clients and customers.

         Bill Stone joined the firm as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 1999, later receiving his salesman’s then broker's license.  Upon his father’s death in 2005, Bill became the principal broker.  After serving 6 years as Mayor of Ashland, Bill Stone was elected to the Mississippi Senate in 2007 representing Benton, Marshall and Tippah Counties.  Bill Stone and Associates stands ready to assist you with your real estate and appraisal needs.
